Volunteer Opportunities
There are plenty of ways to get involved as a volunteer with GHGSDR!
Intake – receive rescue requests, assess animal cases, and facilitate rescue operations
Fundraising – coordinate events, solicit donations, and organize campaigns to generate donations for the rescue
Home visits – provide assessments of potential adopters’ homes
Reference checks – verify the information of potential adopters to ensure that the dog will be going to a loving and responsible home
Transportation – transport animals to and from veterinary clinics, shelters, and foster homes.
